Becca Anderson
Becca Anderson has been involved within all aspects of the pageantry arts as a designer, instructor, performer, and adjudicator for over 25 years. She was first introduced to the color guard activity at Tarpon Springs High School and continued her performing experience at Carolina Crown, The Company Independent World Colour Guard, and The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. As an educator she had the opportunity to instruct and design for programs including WGI Scholastic World Finalist and BOA Finalist -Lawrence Central High School, WGI and BOA Finalist O’Fallon Township High School, WGI Gold Medalist -Cascades Independent, Seattle Cascades, the Oregon Crusaders and other WGI and BOA Finalists including North by Northwest IO, Friendswood HS, and Tarpon Springs High School. In 2020, Becca became a new addition of the Artistic Design Team for Juxtaposition Independent World Winter Guard and Undaunted Independent Open.
Becca currently resides in Maui, HI with her husband, Mike Anderson and their two puppies, Sophie and Mimi. She spends her days as a full time visual designer and choreographer for programs throughout the United States. She is currently an adjudicator for WGI, DCI, and BOA. In her free time, she loves to surf, snow ski, relax by the pool, and spend time anywhere in the world with her best friends and family.

Bryan Harmsen
Bryan is the owner of Visaudio Designs, a company specializing in design for the pageantry arts. He has designed for a number of ensembles in the United States, East Asia, and Europe, and his arrangements and compositions have helped ensembles earn numerous gold medals in their local circuits as well as 13 WGI Percussion medals and many more finalists. Some of his more notable current and past clients are Monarch Independent, Burleson Centennial HS, Clear Brook HS, Pioneer Indoor, and ED White HS. Most recently, he was the front ensemble arranger and electronics designer for The Colts Drum and Bugle Corps, and was a marching member of Spirit of Atlanta, Southwind, and The Cavaliers.
Bryan is also the voice and instructor behind Virtual Drumline Demystified, a tutorial series for the Virtual Drumline sound library from Tapspace Publications.
While not working on music, Bryan also dabbles in graphic design, photography, enjoys spending time outdoors, and has an affinity for all things on the leading edge of technology.
He proudly endorses Pearl/Adams musical instruments, Innovative Percussion, and Remo Drumheads, and currently resides in Carrollton, Georgia with his wife Emily and their pack of dogs and cats.

Peter Beckhart
Peter Beckhart has performed, instructed, and designed many competitive shows in the marching arts. His performing experience includes six years of DCI, aging out with the Concord Blue Devils. Peter also performed with the Riverside Community College winter drum line in 2011 and 2012.
As a visual designer for fall marching bands and spring productions, Peter has had the opportunity to work with many ensembles since 2009. He currently designs drill for Ayala High School, Coronado High School (El Paso, TX), James Martin High School (Arlington, TX) and many other fall programs across the country.
Peter is also a sought-after choreographer for some of the most established marching bands and winter drumlines in the country including Leander High School (Austin, TX), North Shore H.S. (Houston, TX), Ayala H.S. (Chino Hills, CA), Mt. Carmel H.S. (San Diego, CA), RCC winter percussion, and Dark Sky Percussion.
In the drum corps world, Peter taught the Blue Devils ‘B’ in 2012 and has been on visual staff of the 18-time World Champion Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps since 2013. He is also the visual designer for the Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps from Sacramento, CA.
Peter is humbled to have opportunities to work with some of the best programs and students in the world and is always striving to be a better instructor and designer. He lives in Anaheim, CA.

Vince Oliver
Vince Oliver is a graduate of the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California; double-majoring in percussion performance and composition. Immediately following graduation Vince joined the cast of the Tony-award winning production Blast! as a featured percussion soloist. He toured two years throughout the US and Canada, and subsequently joined the company to tour in Japan for several summers which included a new production called Blast II MIX: Music in Extreme. In 2017 and 2019 Vince had the privilege of serving as music director and co-arranger for a new Blast production featuring the music of Disney. Blast! The Music of Disney delighted audiences throughout most prefectures in Japan for three summers.
As a composer/arranger Vince has had the privilege of writing for various ensembles throughout the world. His wind ensemble and orchestra compositions have been performed at The Walt Disney Concert Hall, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and The Palau de Música in Barcelona, as well as various festivals and state conventions throughout the country. Specializing in electro-acoustic integration, his pieces Press (for string orchestra and track), and Press Play (for wind band and electronics), were both premiered at the Midwest Clinic in 2014 and 2017, respectively. His wind band piece Lullaby for a Young Dreamer was recognized as one of Band World’s top 100 pieces in 2019. He currently arranges/composes/consults for several marching bands and drum corps across the US and Japan and served as a music designer for The Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps from 2014-2018.

Ben Pyles
Benjamin Pyles is currently the Director of Athletic Percussion at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Previously, Ben majored in music education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Lamar University, with a primary focus in Percussion. His most intensive studies came under the direction of Chris Hestin, Mike Macintosh, Travis Fife, and Michael Kingan.
Ben has several years of World Class performing, design, and instructional experience, including the Glassmen from Toledo, OH; Bluecoats from Canton, OH; The Crossmen from San Antonio, TX; Spirit of Atlanta from Atlanta, GA; Colts from Dubuque, IA; and Monarch Independent from Houston, TX.
Ben currently serves as the Percussion Caption Head and Designer for the Mandarins Drum & Bugle Corps from Sacramento, CA.
Ben is endorsed by Sabian Cymbals, Innovative Percussion Inc. and Pearl and Adams Percussion.

Andy Filipiak
Andy Filipiak is an active percussion educator, arranger, clinician, and adjudicator. He has had the opportunities to perform, teach, and give clinics in both Europe and Asia. He is currently the front ensemble arranger for multiple high schools in the U.S. as well as Monarch Independent; a PIW group based out of Houston, TX. Andy has had the privilege of teaching at the Boston Crusaders (2012-2019) as well as Monarch Independent (2016 – Present) as the Front Ensemble Coordinator for both groups.
Andyʼs performing career includes The Glassmen (2008-2009), Matrix (2009-2011), The Cavaliers (2010-2011), and Rhythm X (2012). Andy helped the Cavaliers win the Fred Sanford High Percussion Award in 2011and also performed at PASIC with Rhythm X in 2011.
Andy currently resides in Tomball, TX where he is a percussion specialist in the Tomball ISD. He has a privatelesson studio of over 30 students and serves as a percussion specialist with the Marching Band as well as the Scholastic Concert World Indoor Percussion Ensemble (2019 PSCW 4th Place).
