The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors issued a County Resolution commending the Mandarins’ achievement as one of the Top 10 Drum and Bugle Corps in the world and also for enriching students in the Sacramento region. Supervisor Phil Serna recognized the tremendous amount of hard work that goes into the Mandarins, and he thanked all of the volunteers and staff for their contributions.
