On a balmy, beautiful evening this past Monday, the Sacramento Mandarins’ 10th Annual DCI Capital Classic lit up Roseville, CA at West Park High School. Fans were treated to performances by some of the best drum corps in the nation. Over 2,600 wildly-cheering fans packed the sold-out stands. More fans enjoyed standing-room-only views. Also in attendance were many high school band members who made the trek from regions far and wide, Mandarins Alumni, and students of Mandarins Music Academy.
